At First Class Sailing we pride ourselves on the quality of our courses and a personal approach. Every customer is important to us, as such when you book with us it seems fair that we should guarantee what we do. With the following guarantees and promises we hope that you will feel you can buy any First Class Sailing offering with the confidence that you are making an excellent decision.
Service
We promise a fast, polite and knowledgeable reply to your enquiries, always endeavouring to respond to your correspondence on the same working day or promptly the following if your email is received after 1600. We feel it is also important to be able to pick up the phone and have a chat, as such we are always ready, between 9 & 5, to answer your call.
Once a First Classer, always a First Classer, if you have questions or queries following your trip with us, we will be here to continue to offer help and support.
Satisfaction
Whichever course or trip you do with us we guarantee you will learn lots, have fun and have the best sailing experience possible, whatever the weather! Each individual’s needs are bespoke so please always be open feeding back to you instructor what help/support you may need whilst aboard. Our instructors are trained to adapt to different learning styles and confidence levels, so rest assured you are in a productive and safe environment.
If you have any reasonable concerns about your course/trip or feel that your needs are not being met please raise this with us through your instructor or the office straight away and we will endeavour to put things right.

At First Class Sailing we aim to set you up for success. Be this through our excellent instructors, discussions regarding pre-requisite knowledge, or through any pre-course materials we may provide or recommend to you.
The RYA is undoubtably the most respected sailing schemes in the world and as such achieving one of their qualifications through First Class Sailing is something to be truly proud of. To maintain these standards, it is inevitable that sometimes persons will not pass their course the first time around. First Class Sailing pledge to stand by you and support you in your action plan to achieve your desired qualification should this happen. If you do not pass a RYA practical course first time round we will provide you with further opportunities, free of charge, to pass your course.
