You don\u2019t need specialist gear \u2014 just practical clothing and a few essentials.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4639\" data-end=\"4667\">Sleeping bag &amp; pillow<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4639\" data-end=\"4667\">Warm, layered clothing (weather can change quickly)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4639\" data-end=\"4667\">Non-marking shoes (deck shoes or trainers).\u00a0 Sailing wellies are a good thing to have and these can be purchased in the chandlery in Shamrock Quay for around \u00a345.
