Still time to blog and also regale us with a ditty they composed during said boot filling sessions&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Day 23 Friday February 2018<br \/>\nDate: 2nd February 2018<br \/>\nTime: 14.45 GMT<br \/>\nPosition: 50.08.44 N, 4.11.75 W<br \/>\nDestination: Weymouth<\/p>\n<p>Enroute now to Weymouth with a friendly sea and a healthy wind. We should be there by the early hours of Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>We had a good run ashore in Falmouth and spent a fair bit of time in the Chainlocker Inn putting the world to rights. At one point we had a good sing-along to this little ditty<\/p>\n<h2>Sailing the Atlantic (with apologies to the Wild Rover)<\/h2>\n<h3>Chorus: And it\u2019s no, neigh, never. No, no, never no more. Will I sail the Atlantic. No never no more.<\/h3>\n<p>There once was a boat called Challenger Two<br \/>\nWho sailed from Antigua out into the blue.<br \/>\nHer crew was the finest that ever was born<br \/>\nAnd her hold was so full of that \u201c\u00a3%^&amp;*&amp;^ sweetcorn<\/p>\n<h3>Chorus&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Her skipper was Neil a man bright and bold<br \/>\nWho liked herbal tea or so I am told<br \/>\nHe searched for a helmsman who could keep it straight<br \/>\nBut sadly for that he will just have to wait<\/p>\n<h3>Chorus<\/h3>\n<p>Now Nick was the mate of Challenger two<br \/>\nAnd he wrote all those blogs about me and you<br \/>\nOne thing that he needed to stay the course<br \/>\nWas a jolly big bottle of Worcester Sauce.<\/p>\n<h3>Chorus&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Our watch leaders Leo and Steve were the best<br \/>\nWho never knew when to give it a rest<br \/>\nSteve liked to chat and Leo to smile<br \/>\nWe will remember them both for a very long while<\/p>\n<h3>Chorus&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>So here\u2019s to a legend that is the crew<br \/>\nFill up your mugs of that herbal brew<br \/>\nThink of the times we were at sea<br \/>\nAnd just how difficult it was to pee<\/p>\n<h3>Chorus&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Howard<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Having filled their boots ashore the FCS crew have returned to the sea, or in this case the English Channel and have their sights on Portsmouth.
