Navigation Courses - Also known as Theory Courses or Shorebased Courses.

First Class Sailing specialise in providing convenient RYA shorebased navigation courses.  The RYA shorebased navigation courses that we run are:
 
  • Day Skipper theory
  • Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore theory
  • Ocean Yachtmaster theory
We have been teaching these courses since 2001 at many prestigious Companies in London and at an ever increasing number of venues outside London.  
 
You do not need to work for a large company to join one of our courses but if you do work in a large company and you think there might be interest in one of our theory navigation courses we could hold a course at your office in the evenings. This does make it very convenient for you and can save you valuable time.  We offer 50% to 100% discounts for those who instigate a course at their workplace. If you would prefer you can join a course at someone else's office.
 
 
A shorebased navigation course typically last for 7 or 8 weeks (1 evening a week) and a weekend.  We also hold them over 2 and 1/2 weekends.
